Miguel was amazing. I had an electrical problem that was preventing my Jeep from starting and I could not figure it out myself. He responded quickly to my texts and gave me an estimate of how long it would take to diagnose the problem. He figured out the problem and fixed it in half the time he had estimated. As an owner of an older car that is held together with a lot of dirt and rust, I was pleasantly surprised that he did not pressure me to make additional repairs beyond the problem I called him about. He was also very respectful and had an appreciation for the previous work I had done on my car (as a women this is very rare with mechanics).
